Pennsylvania’s legal blood alcohol limit of 0.08 percent while operating a passenger vehicle will be enforced. Also, anyone under the age of 21 who chooses to drink must be reminded that Pennsylvania’s Zero Tolerance Law establishes serious consequences for those who choose to drink and drive with any measurable amount of alcohol in their blood.
