There are four, four-year term, total openings on the Middletown Township Council. Two for the Council-At-Large, one for District 1 and one for District 3.

- Lorraine Bradshaw (R-Incumbent)
- Mary Jo Grove (D)
- Mark J. Kirchgasser (R-Incumbent)
District 1—Uncontested Race
