Businesses, government offices and other local organizations continue to announce plans to close during Hurricane Sandy.

• The Delaware County Courthouse, all District Courts and the Government Center: Closed Monday and Tuesday
• County Election Bureau will be OPEN Monday and Tuesday as the deadline to receive absentee ballot applications is 5 p.m. Tuesday.
• Middletown Library: Closed Monday and Tuesday
• Media-Upper Providence Library: Closed Monday
