Clifton Heights Holds Electronic Collection Event September 10th, 2011

The borough of Clifton Heights is excited to announce they will be holding an Electronic Collection Event on Saturday, September 10th, 2011. The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Municipal Building Parking Lot conveniently located on 30 South Springfield Road. Residents are encouraged to bring their obsolete computers, CRT monitors, cameras, cell phones, fax machines, scanners, printers, TV’s, computer mice, wires and keyboards. There will be a small charge for TV’s and CRT monitors.

The Borough of Clifton Heights along with eForce Compliance, Philadelphia’s only R2 certified e-waste recycler, is sponsoring this event. EForce is eager to bring Clifton Heights its first collection event and provide its residents with the services to properly dispose of their used electronics. Electronics are often thrown in the trash by residents because there are simply few convenient drop off locations available. eForce Compliance allows residents to get rid of their household clutter while recycling responsibly!
