Exiting Borough Council Members Receive Thanks
Four members of Media Borough Council will leave in January.
The four members of Media Borough Council who will not return in January were thanked Thursday for their years of service to the community.
Media Borough Council Members Monika Rehoric, Dawn Roe, Monica Simpson and Dr. Eric Stein were thanked by the other members of council for all that each has done over their numerous collective years of service to "Everybody's Hometown."
Each received a plaque at Thursday's council meeting. Roe was absent from the meeting.
In January, newly elected council members Democrats Kevin Boyer, Sayre Dixon, Amy Johnson and Lisa Johnson will be sworn in.
