Feedback from Older Adult Veterans and Their Family Members Needed

The Pennsylvania Behavior Health and Aging Coalition, funded by the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, is conducting a survey of older adult veterans and their family members to learn about their experiences in accessing health care services.

They will use this information to inform the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania about where older adult veterans (around age 60+) and their family members access health care, the quality of that care, and the kinds of conditions for which they seek assistance.

It is estimated that the survey can be completed in less than 5 minutes, and the P.B.H.A.C. promises complete confidentiality.

For those who do not have Internet access, call 866-588-0223, ext. 200. Leave a message and you will receive a return call to ask the questions over the phone.

If you know of a local veteran, please pass this on.

Stay well until the next post.
