MEDIA THEATRE'S JOSEPH MUSICAL CONTINUES THRU JAN. 5

Andrew Lloyd Webber's classic musical "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" entertains audiences through January 5 at The Media Theatre. The production, directed by Jesse Cline, features Emmy nominated Kyle Lowder in the title role. Lowder was seen for over a decade in principle roles in television's "Days of Our Lives" and "Bold and The Beautiful".

Delaware County's own Lauren Cupples sings throughout the show as The Narrator, leading the audience through the story of Joseph and his jealous brothers taken from the book of Genesis. Webber's take on the Old Testament tale is appropriate for all ages and has universal themes of forgiveness and love.

The show is entirely sung through, with no spoken dialogue. The 90 minute production is a tapestry of various musical genres including pop, country, calypso, and rock.

For tickets, visit mediatheatre.org or visit mediatheatre.org. During holiday weeks there are several more weekday afternoon matinees than is the norm for Media Music Theatre Company. All evening performances of "Joseph" begin at 7pm. Call 610-891-0100 for information.
