Penncrest's 2011 ACT Scores Dip Down

Penncrest High School's composite 2011 ACT score was 23.9 on a 36 scale, which is lower than the 2010 scores.

Penncrest High School scored a 23.9 in the composite 2011 ACT scores on a 36 scale. Philadelphia's J.R. Masterman ranked at the top of the ACT score list with a 27.6 and in Delaware County, Haverford High School scored highest with a score of 25.1.

Penncrest's 2011 ACT scores took a dip compared to 2010 scores. The scores went down in each of the four categories and the composite score went from a 26 in 2010 to a 23.9 in 2011. Also, less students took the test in 2010.

The ACT tests students in English, math, science and reading. The scores represented here are the composite score, which is the average of the four subject area tests, taken by college-bound seniors, as reported by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The only ACT scores available were from 2010 and 2011.
