PLANT and FLOWER FESTIVAL

Bring your whole family for a Fun-filled day!

Plants & Flowers on display with expert advice to get your garden off to a great start. We have an excellent selection of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs with great prices.

Our good friends from Makin’ Music will be here from 10am-2pm performing familiar songs and originals to get the kids singing, dancing, toe tapping and grooving. Enjoy contests, games and fun for the entire family.

We have a great line up of free classes scheduled!

9am- ATTRACTING WILDLIFE TO YOUR GARDEN: You can become a certified wildlife habitat with just a few steps! Theresa Rowan will discuss the necessary steps to attract birds, butterflies and friendly critters to your yard.

10:30am- SEED STARTING: Toni McKeone will discuss the basics of starting seeds indoors and outdoors. Not sure what to plant or how to take care of your budding seedlings? Toni will cover it all.

12pm- MEET LINVILLA’S BEEKEEPER: Linvilla Orchards very own Beekeeper Warren Graham will talk about bees, pollination, honey and allergies while engaging you in an informative discussion about a vital link in our food system!

4pm- CONTAINER GARDENS: Theresa Rowan and Toni McKeone will show you how to create and care for a beautiful container garden. Well cover the basics of plant selection, what type of soil to use and how to plant it and care for it.
