New Team, New Classes, New YOU!

We are excited to offer classes at low, pay as you go rates. New classes start Oct. 1 and include Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, IMPACT, Zumba, and Core/Abs classes!

We believe that you should have the ability to get active, get healthy, and get the support that you need to achieve your goals - at prices you can afford and at times that are convenient for you. That's why Peace thru Strength does not offer monthly membership, but instead offers:

  • Drop-in classes - pay when you come for one class at a time.
  • Class Cards - this allows you to choose which classes to take and when you will come. Buy 10 and use when it works for you.
  • Affordable Personal Training packages - one-on-one or with a buddy, we offer training at extremely competitive rates.
  • Small Group Training sessions - a set schedule of days and times ensures that you work your whole body within the week. Buy one session at a time, or get a package (10 for $150 or 20 for $250).
  • A variety of classes that you would typically need to have a gym membership to enjoy (such as Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and more!)

Our staff has recently expanded and new classes start next week. We hope you will join us in welcoming Kristina, Emily, Kate and Adrianne.

For the week of Oct. 1-6 only, come try out any of our NEW classes....totally FREE!

New classes include:

  • IMPACT - Boot Camp meets High Intensity Interval Training; new times 6 a.m. on Monday and Wednesday and 9 a.m. on Tuesday (at the Walden School).
  • Cardio Kickboxing - kick and punch your way to a stronger, leaner body and combat stress while you're at it, 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays.
  • Butts and Guts - Strengthen your core and firm up your legs and glutes...look great in jeans this winter, 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and 9:30 a.m. Thursdays.
  • Pilates and Yoga - lengthen and strengthen with these new classes.  Pilates is offered at 7 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays; Yoga is held at 8 a.m. on Fridays (starting Oct. 12). Additional classes added soon.
  • Indoor Cycling, ZUMBA, TRX Classes - starts November 2012.
  • Small Group Training - our new schedule gives you several options each day of the week. Come two or three times per week for a total body workout at a fraction of the cost of personal training.
