Media Food Bank Needs Our Help!

Nativity CYO is holding a food drive to help The Media Food Bank. Every Monday night in November from 6-7pm at the old Nativity School. Due to federal cuts, the Food Bank needs all the help it can get. Roughly 55-65 families in our area are served by the Food Bank, which is located behind the First United Methodist Church, on the corner of Lemon and Baker Street. Canned foods, pasta, baby formula, coffee, and even clothes are all very much needed. Its extremely surprising to see 15-20 people lined up 90 minutes before it opens. These are our neighbors and, in some cases, our friends. If you can spare some extra food, stop by Nativity and we'll make sure it gets there. If you would like more information about the Media Food Bank and all the good work it does, call Paul or Bonnie at 484-442-0033.
