Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union Employees, Members Donate to Charities

Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union employees and members donated and supported two local charities this holiday season.

employees and members made contributions to support local chapters of Operation Warm and City Team Ministries this holiday season.

FMFCU presented Operation Warm with a $2,300 donation during an annual children’s holiday and coat distribution party hosted by Riddle Hospital. The donated funds are used by Operation Warm to purchase new winter coats that are then distributed to local children in need.

"Knowing this was possible through the generosity of Credit Union members and employees, and seeing the expression on these children’s faces after they received their new coat was moving," Donna Surotchak, FMFCU Riddle Hospital branch manager, said.
