Girl Scout Cookie Season is Here

Find out where you can hunt down these tasty goodies this season.

It's that time of the year again–Girl Scouts will be making their way around town with those boxes of tasty, addicting cookies. Official cookie sales began on Friday, Jan. 19, across the nation but the cookie sales won't end until March 4, according to the Girl Scout website.

The cookies will come in the same seven flavors as last year: Thanks-A-Lot, Lemonades, Shout Out!, Peanut Butter Sandwich, Peanut Butter Patties, Thin Mints and Caramel deLites.

The cookies sell at $3.50 per package. All proceeds from cookie sales stay within the community to benefit local girls in the Media Patch area. Troops use the money for everything from field trips to community service projects.
