Trash Collection for MLK Day
Some Media Patch municipalities will see a trash collection change on Monday.
Most Media Patch municipal buildings will be closed for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Jan. 20.
Below is a trash and recyclable pick-up schedule for area municipalities for MLK Day.
Edgmont Township—Administrative offices will be closed on Jan. 20. Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private hauler.

Media Borough—Administrative offices will be closed on Jan. 20. Monday's trash collection will be picked up on Tuesday and Tuesday's collection will be picked up on Wednesday.
Middletown Township—Administrative offices will be open on Jan. 20. Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private hauler. Recycling collection days will not be affected.

Upper Providence Township—Administrative offices will be closed Jan. 20. Trash and recycling will not be collected on Jan. 20. If your collection falls on that day, it will be picked up on the next scheduled collection day.
