Glen Providence Park

This 25-acre park was established in 1935 when George Butler, a one-time owner of the Broomall House and estate, gifted it to the county. These steep, wooded is used mostly for walking, hiking, bird watching and picnicking. It also has a gentle creek running through its hills. The best place to park when coming to Glen Providence is in the small lot on the 400 block of West State Street.
