They offer free local pick-up and delivery if your rugs are ready to be rolled up for professional rug cleaning, deodorizing, repairs, mothproofing, and storage. They also sell rug underlay padding-- I couldn't be happier with my Teebaud padding- no more rugs sliding around anymore! Also their prices are very competitive, which is always a plus.
