I would not recommend this hospital to anyone based solely on the fact how Mainline treats their employees. When Riddle was bought by Mainline we were promised so many wonderful things. Then the truth began as we saw so many hardworking and excellent employees lose their jobs one after another and it still continues. The manner in which it is done is heartless to say the least. As they take you to a different building and tell you your job has been downsized or whatever else excuse they have, they have someone in your department pack all your personal belongs and tell you if they for got anything they will mail it to you. As they then escort you out the door as if you are some criminal they then say, "Thank you for your service." Disgraceful!! Would never recommend this place to anyone. I am sure Samuel D. Riddle is rolling over in his grave to what this place has become!!
