Bhavnaben Ingle and her son, Parth Ingle, have both pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2008 Middletown killing of Arunkumar Ingle.

Pretrial hearings continue in the trial of the mother and son accused of killing the family's patriarch in 2008.

Both Bhavnaben Ingle and her son, Parth Ingle, were held for trial following a preliminary hearing in the 2008 killing of their husband and father respectively, Judge Walter Strohl Jr. ruled Monday evening.

Following more than 10 hours of testimony on Friday and Monday, Magisterial District Court Judge Walter Strohl Jr. ruled that Bhavnaben Ingle, 52, and her son, Parth Ingle, who are both charged with first-degree murder in connection with the 2008 killing of Arunkumar Ingle, will be held for court. The woman accused of conspiring with her son to kill her husband in 2008 was recently transported back to Pennsylvania.

The woman accused of conspiring with her son to kill her husband in 2008 and who was arrested in Delaware recently was transported back to Pennsylvania. Bhavnaben Ingle, 52, was taken into custody by Delaware State Police as she left work on Feb. 2 and charged as a fugitive from justice in Delaware, according to State Police. She was transported to Pennsylvania and remanded to Delaware County Prison without bail, according to the Delaware County Daily Times. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 9. A Middletown woman faces charges in the beating and stabbing death of her husband in 2008. Her son has also been charged in connection with the homicide.

A mother and son have now both been charged in connection with the killing of a Middletown Township man in 2008. Bhavnaben Ingle, 52, faces charges of first-degree murder in connection with her late husband's 2008 killing, according to Pennsylvania State Police-Media Barracks.  Bhavnaben Ingle's son, Parth Ingle, is also charged with first-degree murder, accused of killing his father, Arunkumar Ingle, 55, in his Middletown home in 2008.
