The woman accused of conspiring with her son to kill her husband in 2008 and who was arrested in Delaware recently was transported back to Pennsylvania. Bhavnaben Ingle, 52, was taken into custody by Delaware State Police as she left work on Feb. 2 and charged as a fugitive from justice in Delaware, according to State Police.
