White Christmas could occur as Santa comes to town.
It might be light, but this Christmas could be white. With a 90 percent chance of precipitation, Dec. 24 and Dec. 25 could see some snowfall this year. The National Weather Service predicts a mix of rain, snow and sleet through 4 a.m. Dec. 25. Temperatures will hover around 33 degrees, allowing some chance of Christmas snow. Below is a trash and recyclable pick-up schedule for area municipalities over the Christmas holiday: Edgmont Township—Administrative offices will be closed both Monday and Tuesday. Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private hauler. Media Borough—Administrative offices will be closed both Monday and Tuesday.
