The entire student body at Glenwood Elementary performed a holiday sing-a-long for family and friends before dismissing for winter break on Dec. 23. The whole school was abuzz in anticipation of the big performance. Some of the children were dressed in their best outfits, some red and green, some sequins and one third grade class took a more comfortable route and wore pajamas for the occasion. Music Teacher Debbie Ney said each grade had been practicing its songs since Thanksgiving and each grade had one or two songs to perform. "It's really one of the only times the whole school gets together and performs as a group," Ney said.
