Criminal Mischief—Cool Valley Lane between June 26 and 27. Unknown persons damaged the victim's driveway lamps, according to State Police. False ID to Law Enforcement—Route 1 at about 2:42 p.m. on June 26. A 37-year-old Chester woman gave false identification to police during a traffic stop, according to State Police.

The following information was provide by the Pennsylvania State Police.
State Police responded to a reported robery on Copes Lane in the Media area during the week of June 25. According to a release from the police, unknown persons gained entry to a residence through one of the windows at the rear of the house. Once inside, they removed change from a glass bowl downstairs and a H.P. digital camera from the victim's bedroom. The victim discovered the burglary that evening upon returning home but did not contact the police, according to State Police. The next day, the victim returned home from work to find one Ryobi circular saw, two nail guns, and one buck knife missing despite no forced entry. The persons fled the scene in an unknown direction by unknown means, and police are investigating the incident.

An unknown person scratched the victim’s vehicle with an unknown item, according to State Police. Retail Theft–Boscovs and Sears at the Granite Run Mall at approximately 7:36 p.m. on May 20. Aldona Bakutiene, 60, of Aston, was arrested and charged with retail theft, according to State Police. Here is a list of recent incidents in Middletown Township reported by the Pennsylvania State Police-Media Barracks. Retail Theft–Sears Department Store at the Granite Run Mall at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 30. A 17-year-old male stole three X-Box games, with a total value of $179.97, according to State Police. The juvenile concealed the items in his jacket and fled through the rear exit of the store toward Acme Supermarket, according to State Police. The juvenile was apprehended inside the Acme and taken into custody. The juvenile was charged with retail theft and was found to be in violation of probation, according to State Police. He was placed in Lima Detention Center and awaits future court proceedings, according to State Police. …
