A resident returned home to find an unknown vehicle in his driveway, police say.

The resident arrived home to find a green Chevrolet van parked in his driveway on the 200 block of Highland Avenue, according to the report. The man blocked the vehicle in and asked the driver, a white woman between the ages of 50 and 60, what she was doing, according to the report. An attempt to leave a cat at the Delco SPCA leads to a man's arrest, police say.
