ReplyThanks, Jen. What do you think of the market? My neighbor just put their home up for sale, so I'm keeping an eye on it for sure.

Thanks for the note, Cheri. I think it's great that the city knows they can count on the Garden Club for help. Hopefully that is now clear to the residents of Temple Terrace who may not realize how that relationship works. I'm going to have to learn more about compost, maybe then I'll have better luck around my yard!

On the article Best 'Cheap Eats' in Temple Terrace; Do You Agree?

Hi Rob,
Thanks for you comment. You're right, Ruben's is outside of the Temple Terrace City limits. When I saw the list from Urban Spoon, I noted that this list is for the Temple Terrace area and not just the City. We try to be very careful about that distinction but we also know that Temple Terrace residents don't stop their cars at the city limits. So in order to serve our readers we will cover some of what I call the "supporting" area, which would be a place like Ruben's, which I believe is about .3 miles away from the city's western boarder.
I can't speak for other media, but I hope you find that we do a good job of covering what matters to Temple Terrace and are careful about making it clear what's in the City and what's not. If we're not, please email me and let me know! -

Thanks for all of the great comments about this post. Right now, the data is showing the three zip codes assigned to Temple Terrace, with info directly from the MLS. I'm looking to see if there is a good way to refine the data without hurting the true Temple Terrace listings.
It can also be helpful for those looking at the area to see the differences in the surrounding area so they can see how great it is to be IN Temple Terrace.
I'll keep you posted on the data. In the meantime, I made a change in the text to include "Temple Terrace area."
Thanks again for your feedback, it's always helpful!
