CANDLELIGHT GRATITUDE POTLUCK BANQUET
Transition
Town Media is hosting our 2nd Annual Candlelight Gratitude Event and Potluck Banquet to
express our community’s gratitude for the wonderful non-profit organizations in
our area. Come out to the Media Community Center, 301 N Jackson St, Media on Saturday,
November 16, 6pm and enjoy great food, company, and
music while learning more about the groups that make Media special.
Each group will have
a few minutes to talk about themselves, their goals and accomplishments. Participants will
have a chance to acknowledge our non-profits for all they do for our community
and learn how to help support them. This is also an opportunity to make useful
connections between our area non-profits and their community supporters.
This year, Media resident and renowned micro-brewer, Mike Kinsley will create
and donate a special beer just for Transition Town Media. We'll ask for $10 at
the door from those who wish to drink beer but otherwise, the evening is free.
Come celebrate and share your love for the volunteers and organizations that
make Media “Everybody’s Hometown”! Everyone is welcome. We ask that guests
bring something to share for the potluck dinner. Here’s to an abundance of good
