Home Heating Oil Stolen from Residence
Temperatures were around 40 degrees when this theft occurred, according to the National Weather Service.
A thief stole home heating oil right from the tank of a residence on the 100 block of Country Village Way in Middletown Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police-Media Barracks.
Unknown persons drove an oil truck onto the driveway at about 4 a.m. on Dec. 15 and stole the victim's home heating oil out of the oil tank, located in the rear of the residence, according to State Police.
Once the thief had possession of the oil, he fled the scene in the oil truck, according to State Police.
